    The alarm I use is part of an app to help you improve your sleep. Whenever I set the alarm, it tells me how long I have left to sleep, which exactly the opposite of helping me sleep better. Thanks app, I will now stay awake for the 3 hrs I had to sleep just letting the anxiety of needing to sleep as fast as possible stop me from sleeping.

    I’m in Europe, so I guess I’m just gonna feel ill tomorrow.
    1 Teams message to my boss gets me 2 days off with full pay (ow, my tummy aches), and there’s not a goddamn thing in the world he can do about it.

          Weed (atleast daily/heavy users) will lose be impacted by weed in terms of sleep both in dreaming and rem sleep. So you often wake up feeling shit, atleast that’s how my experience is
