Why would a contender want to sign a HB who is barely good enough to make a practice squad?
He had such a dramatic falloff.
It happens with most backs. They have, on average, like 4 years before the toll takes them out. The incredible ones usually had an amazing line to keep them relatively healthy and extend their careers.
