In a report to Congress released early Tuesday, special counsel Jack Smith said his office had sufficient evidence to “obtain and sustain” a trial conviction of President-elect Donald Trump for efforts to overturn Trump’s loss to President Joe Biden in the 2020 election.
“We could’ve convicted him and barred him from running for office but we wanted to run against him so we chose to do nothing but court republicans, support genocide, and attack 3rd party voters and we still lost oh no help.”
Holy fuck, I just understood this. They really pulled another Hillary. They didn’t just use the same campaign staff as Hillary and repeated her approach, they literally did the same thing.
So why the fuck didn’t you? Because the justice system in this country is set up to help the rich take care of each other, not for ACTUAL justice. America is such a farce…

What would the Trump team have done if in the time after the 2020 election but before jan 6 they had found a means to arrest Bidden?
Because he was elected in a landslide victory, the greatest victory of all time, the best result of a republican and the majority vote and people’s confidence is behind him /s.
I agree, they’re being way too wimpy about it, arrest him now. You know that all this will instantly disappear the second he becomes president so if you don’t act now you’ve really let down your country.
