    Or you do speak to them and give them useless false information that will waste as much time as possible but is easily deniable as rumour. Actually spread false rumours as well. If they are looking for immigrants, start a rumour that a shop uses immigrant labour that doesn’t use it at all. You can tell the police that and they will waste a bunch of time over it.
