This reminds me of a sci fi book I heard of where aliens give dogs, cats, elephants, dolphins, and other intelligent species tech that lets them speak to humans and they join the UN
I’d bet animals would see that deeply fascist leaning organization for what it’s become, and find far better places to spend their time
