What a fucking dumbass clickbait title. Brett Kavanagh doesn’t have any bad news for Trump - instead we can celebrate the minor irony that a past ruling from Kavanagh is being used in the temporary injunction that the Supreme Court will almost certainly overturn shortly.
I wouldn’t count on Kavanaugh or Thomas contradicting Trump very much. Sex offenders are famous for their solidarity.
