She is there a good 15 years, has residency and I very much doubt she’ll ever move home. She’s an incredible teacher though so you’re lucky to have her.

I assume it’ll be reciprocal to really fuck the US over. Not that it’ll affect him and his cronies, just the peasants who voted them in.
Better yet, give them the “older brother” treatment. Impose higher tariffs in retaliation.
Better better yet, use tariffs (both theirs and our own retaliatory ones) as a driver to shift our economy away from the US. So when they inevetably come crawling back we can just say “nah we found better trade partners, sorry eh?”
