Image popped up. I reported it as ‘not labeled nsfw’. Just as it was going i saw that it was labeled but the app i was using (liftoff) must have missed it.

I wouldn’t worry about it. A one off mistaken report isn’t going to do anything.
You cannot undo it. But no worries, mods will mark it as resolved if nothing is wrong with it. :)
Fake reports on social media? Believe it or not, straight to jail.
