Yeah, I’ve gotten good at aiming my rear view mirror at people with their brights on. If their brights are bright enough to be in my face off the rear view, they’re bright enough to be deflected.

You can always carry a bright light in the car.
retro reflector sheet. stick it all over the back of your car. I covered my previous bike in it too. It looks kinda freaky in the dark when it starts from nothing shining on it.
