In the Baker case, he threatened the victim if she ever reported him according to the Muskingum Prosecutors Office. “I’m a retired cop,” he said. “I got pull in this town. If you don’t do what I say I’m [not] cancelling this eviction.”

He should be forced to wear his own quote in writing on his prison uniform for his 2 year sentence.

“I got pull in this town”. That’s rich. That would indeed be a great quote to put on his prison garb. The other inmates deserve to know about his pull.

Ex cop in for violence toward women and his pictures right there on the article. Believe me, he doesn’t need to wear it on his shirt.

He’s going to jail just in time to play ‘Hide the Turkey Leg’ in jail.

It’s a VERY popular game in county lockup and minimum security prisons.

The identity of the female victim was not released. A statement released by Muskingum County’s Prosecutor’s Office shows that Baker used to make racist comments about her being Black and racial slurs like the N-word to refer to the victim.

Comprehensive research on sexual harassment in housing is sparse. In one 2008 Georgia State University study found that 68% of the reported victims were Black while virtually all of the perpetrators were White men. The study’s author, Dr. Griff Tester, analyzed 137 housing sexual harassment complaints made to the Ohio Civil Rights Commission between 1990 and 2003.

      it is about race though.

Dad? This isn’t meant to be funny. After I had went no contact with my dad I found out he had been doing this for years. One of the most racist bigots you would have ever met.
