If the ratatouille rats know about each other, why would they make their human robots fight each other and not simply use their human robot to smash the enemy ratatouille rat under the human robot’s hat? 🤔

It was never about killing the other rat, it’s about sending a message

If someone was coming after me in a huge flesh-mech, I’d want a huge flesh-mech of my own. Assuming I knew someone was coming for me in a huge flesh-mech that is.

There isn’t really a loop to be out of. As long as you’ve watched this masterpiece then you should get all there is to get about this.

So the bit you’re missing is that the movie is centered around a rat that wants to be a chef, but because people don’t want rats in restaurants he isn’t allowed to cook. The rat stumbles upon a man who’s terrible at cooking but works in a kitchen (I think, it’s been a while since I’ve seen it). They cross paths at the mans house, chaos ensues as the man tries to get the rat out of his house. While this is happening, it’s discovered that the rat is able to control the mans limbs by pulling on his hair in particular ways. The man and the rat partner together at this point to become great chefs. The man hides the rat under his chef hat while he is working

First time I watched this I didn’t really care for it. Every time since I have liked it more. It’s one of my all time favorite movies now.

It’s about war. The young and poor fight and die while the old and rich enrich even more.

My ratatouille rat is making me fight someone else also controlled by a ratatouille rat

Me and the other guy have no beef, only the rats are enemies and we have no idea why. While punching with limbs no longer our own, we lock eyes with mutual grief and compassion, forgiving whoever kills the other
