Here’s an idea - maybe, just maybe - factory farming at scale to feed the SAD is something that won’t end well for humans either? I mean, beyond the health problems it already causes…

I only know SAD as meaning seasonal affective disorder. What do you mean it as?

California chiming in: Trumpy just wasted 5 billion gallons of water earmarked for fruits, veg, rice and nuts.

Expect that to be an issue this summer too.

I figure that was purposeful sabotage, but it’s also possible donvict is just really that stupid.

No way. He’s got smart people with him. They know exactly what this is gonna entail. They’re speed running the fall of America now. They’re blitzing it asap before a resistance can form.

Irrigation in California is even more so used for growing animal feed. It will be a larger problem for the dairy and beef industries

I feel like eggs are a part of most peoples diet. It’s in like 90% of Chinese dishes you see on social media

Yes, it seems like many countries top us for egg consumption. It’s probably because much of the SAD is about consuming so much other animal protein (often marketed as a health food, lol, because “protein”) besides eggs, so maybe they take a back seat in this unhealthy lifestyle.

Ah, thanks for clarifying. Never heard it used that way.
