      And mole! If you’ve never had mole, having it for the first time in Oaxaca will ruin you as you’ll never find anything that compares again.

          Yeah, I can see that depending on where you buy it. I’m a big mole fan and I’ve had ones that needed some extra loving. On the other hand, some moles are incredible with fresh tortillas. Damn I’m hungry.

            I’ve had mole twice and both times it was made from scratch with pride.
            I felt so bad about not liking it. Lol

      You would be delighted! Oaxaca has beautiful beaches, an amazing public park that traverses the jungle featuring natural waterfalls and natural rock formations. The weather is amazing and the food delicious. 10/10
