          I certainly didn’t say that. Cook all your meat and cook it to the proper temperature, unless you are extremely confident about its origin and quality.

          There’s a huge difference between A5 grade beef and cow roadkill.

            Well your original statement indicated that you were most concerned with the randomness of the meat. You even specified freshness was not a criterion. Would you like me to select a piece for you, would that assuage your reservations?
