      That’s Weyoun, played by the great Jeffrey Combs. Those eyes are tempered by strife and about 10 different Trek characters.

          He seemed more droll and world weary than Weyoun. Also a terrible mortality rate.

            I remember reading that Iggy was going give his usual over-the-top performance, but on the day of filming he had pneumonia and could only manage normal-person intensity. I think it still worked.
