Ooo, good clip of Tucker eye roll
I’ve been itching to use it. Finally landed on something worthwhile.
You might try some moisturizer for that itchiness.
This guy is the opposite of a hoopy frood and Tucker knows it.
Not too surprising, since he’s played by this doofus from Twister.
Also played Roach in The People Under the Stairs. Creepy-ass movie that I haven’t watched since I was little (7-ish?), and haven’t wanted to re-watch it to see if it is still scary or it was just scary because I was little.
Bit of both, I must say. Revisited it about a decade ago. Still strange and freaky as shit.
Thanks! Saved me from a re-watch.
Ah… give it another chance. Wes was trying something new and I feel he really knocked it out of the park with that one.
Not saying it’s bad, just weird and still reasonably scary.
A couple of Enterprise-related questions:
-
I’m about halfway through S1, and I think I’ve just gone past the point where I was watching live during first run… does Archer, uhh, stop sucking? Everybody else is pretty par for the course for a Trek crew (Ctrl-H, ‘shields up’, TAB, ‘polarize hull plating’, ENTER), but this guy is willfully stupid and comically “Humanity Fuck Yeah!”
-
Is Tripp going to go to Eugenics jail for having a skijump nose that no human has ever had?
Archer learns a few hard lessons, but only mildly pivots away from “Western frontier explorer” to being more diplomatic.
Florida Man gets a pass, but eugenics will feature later on.

I felt like such a putz when as I was leaving the theatre after Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, I ran into two of my friends on their way in wearing bathrobes and carrying towels. I can’t believe I forgot to bring a towel. 😩
My hometown’s movie theatre offered everyone a free ticket for the Hitchhiker’s premiere who showed up in a bathrobe with a towel. Needless to say I got to watch the movie for free and without chatting about it, several of my friends had the same idea. We shared many laughs that night.
A lost opportunity, but given how prolific his work is, there will likely be another visual crack at it. Granted, I’d prefer a miniseries for each book rather than films.
Yea, the movie was terrible. Loved the original TV series though.
