This put me in mind of Pogo’s Data & Picard. It’s time for it to go viral again

From the wikipedia page of the artist that did that:

In a YouTube livestream that was uploaded in 2016, Bertke stated that he has a “fairly robust resentment of the gay community”.[18] In the same video and on the topic of the Orlando nightclub shooting, a terrorist attack at a gay bar in Florida in 2016, he said, “It amazes me to see the West welcoming a culture through the floodgates that wants gays dead. I think that’s fantastic”

Bertke was criticized for a 2015 video that derided feminists as gold diggers and “making misogynist arguments against women’s rights”.

The artists ideas aren’t very much in line with Star Trek in my opinion. I have avoided him and his music ever since these happened.

I miss the hey day of YTMND. When memes flowed like water and the soundtrack of my life increased daily.

Now it’s all TikTok shorts that use the same 30 seconds of the most popular music in everything on there and everything else is political. 😒

Wait. This was exactly ytmnd. An overused sound and and a 3 sec looping gif. Ahead of it’s time.

Most of the music on ytmnd was grabbed from just about everywhere. You wouldn’t find most of those songs on the radio, at least not in the time that they were being used on YTMND. Tiktok songs however, just look at the billboard top 100 and you’ve got your tiktok playlist.
