As long as it’s roasted to the point where you can squish it with a fork, it should be good. Just 1/3 the amount of garlic would be enough for me though.

While I agree with you, and I do dearly love garlic, I feel obligated to give you a word of caution:

If you eat too much roasted garlic, for the next 24-48 hours, every room you enter will smell like garlic, your sweat will smell like garlic, your farts (and there will be many) will smell like garlic, and your poop will smell like garlic. It will not be a pleasant experience.

Don’t ask me how I know this.

I found this out the hard and still have no regrets.

I had PT one day after going HARD on some garlic.

No biggie, it’s running outside, right?

It rained and we did buddy workouts in a gym instead, after some laps around the court. And it was hot af inside, because, obviously.

          Sorry, bro.

Do you know if your body builds up resistance? This sounds awesome, but I don’t want to get addicted and have to use larger and larger amounts of garlic :(

That is because it kinda looks like a brain. Once you realize it’s actually all garlic it stops looking delicious.

One of best sidedish I have ever eat was an entire garlic head roasted. My wife hated it because I smelled like garlic for an entire day.

I’m pissed they wouldn’t at least do a bit of fork smashing and spread the roasted garlic around. That shits gonna be falling all over the place. Terrible plating.

If it’s cooked right it might be not bad

I like to make a moosh of smashed minced garlic, salt, pepper, butter and olive oil.

    Spread moosh on the bread.

Do it under the broiler till whatever.

Yeah if that garlic was roasted then I would be down. Though I woo probably have mashed it into a paste and put that on the bread.

I think that you’ve accidentally created a variant of mujdei, a traditional Romanian garlic sauce which every household does slightly differently.

Isn’t mujdei not cooked though? It has a very strong garlic flavor. Cooking/roasting garlic really softens the flavor.

Yeah… But why didn’t they cut the hard bits off the end of the garlics?! I would be upset if I was him too. No one wants hard chunks on their garlic garlic garlic bread.

That would be delicious. Some cracked black pepper and sea salt. Butter or olive oil for sure.

If those are roasted or caramelized that looks fucking delicious. I can never get enough of those little fuckers on my pizza.

This is a train wreck trying to pass itself off as a Lamborghini. No oil, no butter, they are not roasted nor cooked nor prepared correctly (all the hard ends still on). Roast the garlic, make a paste with oil, salt and pepper and then you may be a bit closer to heaven.

Searched comments from the other one complaining that this looks like a brain.

Now I’m sad, and eat a garlic bread.
