That being said cooperating with ICE doesn’t mean snitching on patients, or holding patients until ICE arrives to take custody.
The only context I could think of in which healthcare would need to cooperate with ICE, is it ICE beings a suspect into the ER for evaluation; in which case it’s critical that healthcare cooperate with ICE.
