I dunno. hard to judge by name, like I love this place named Jim’s. they have some of the best chinese food i’ve ever had (and i grew up eating chicken feet on the streets of san francisco, i know chinese food).
One of my favourite sushi restaurants was run by Chinese people, but they put effort into making the place feel authentic
