I’m from Germany and if I learned one thing from public TV shows for kids, it is that the mouse should be bigger than the elephant.
Obviously the elephant is standing far in the background, else the elephant would be scared of the mouse.

This is actually more real than reality. In reality, mice only appear smaller than an elephant. That’s why elephants are scared of mice: they see them as they truly are. 😌

Why are you assuming the rodent is of unusual size? It could be the rodent, could be the elephant, could be both. As stationary observers in a vacuum, we simply cannot know how big these are relative to anything else.

I could be mistaken, but I believe that means an elephant weighs more than a mouse. 🤷
The average embryonic elephant weighs more than a banana too.
