She has a napkin on her head because it was the custom to do this when you ate some nasty dish because you were “hiding it from God”… Some weird meat dish that sounded gross as fuck but it was a delicacy and considered sinful.

This has to be AI. Clothing from the two groups are from entirely different time periods. The knife holster from the guy in the forefront also has such a weird shape. The wine bottles look very unconventional, etc.

This is “In A Roman Osteria” by Carl Bloch. Since it was painted in 1866, I’m gonna say there was no AI involved.
