Hard boiled eggs, or maybe lighter boil if you want a softer yolk. Peel. Let cool. Make a ramen egg marinade. There are a lot of recipes online. Let marinade cool (depends on recipe but generally). Place eggs in container where they will be submerged in the marinade. Pour marinade on top until eggs are submerged. Close up container. Place in fridge. Wait a day, then take out and use on ramen. Or just snack.
omg that sounds delicious. while this is the topic, after you take your eggs off the boil, if you crack them on the wide end (where the air pocket is) with a spoon before you put them in ice water, then they’re much easier to peel, which helps a lot with soft boiled
