    That basically all these AI data centers too. They creating no jobs hell the goal is to take away jobs from workers. This is end stage capitalism.

      Right every time data centers are talked about they say how many jobs they are creating.

      But they never mention that the majority of jobs are temporary migrate labor in construction roles.

      Once it’s built there is basically no one there. I imagine they create less jobs than regular warehousing since they at least need forklift operators and schedules etc.

      A data center is just a computer the size of a building how many people does it take to physically run the place. Don’t really hear much about this.

      Especially since the entire selling point of ai in general is to eliminate jobs.

        Obviously it depends on size, but a half dozen to a dozen people can operate mid sized data center. Many or most of the jobs are security personnel, not actual operations staff.
