I don’t want an extravagant life, I just want a stress free life.

Let me have a modest house and enough passive income to pay for utilities and food.

I don’t mind working, but I don’t want to have to stress about not having these things.

What lack of wealth would require you to read a linked in influencer post?

It seems very career dependent whether LinkedIn is important.

I understand being forced to use the platform, but why would you need to read those posts?

I just want to make enough to be able to afford the lifestyle I want to lead.

That lifestyle being the not living in a cardboard box lifestyle.

I just want to exchange skilled labor for a secure middle class life with a robust social safety net.

What? You think your skilled labor is what makes the world go round? Not a chance! Financial crime all the way, baby!

LinkedIn influencers are just people who peaked in preschool and think they have worth.

    Working class vs owning class.

    Owners don’t need linked.

Depends on how you define rich. If I make enough to have a decent home, food on the table and have a rainy day fund, does that make me rich? I don’t think so. But for many people (me included) that is the dream. I don’t want fancy cars or big mansions or expensive suits or anything “rich”, I just want what I consider a normal life.

But for some people I am rich, because I don’t need to live paycheck to paycheck. I think that’s stupid. I shouldn’t be considered privileged for having what I consider a normal life. I think everyone should be able to afford the life I have, that should be the baseline not the dream.

        In this economy? yeah, rich

Everyone should be able to afford a comfortable life, and the money is there. But it’s not being fairly distributed, and as such, the wealth gap makes a stable - relatively stress-free - life equal to being rich.
