Kirk is the clear winner here, he fills out the perfectly tailored uniform. Archer looks like he need to eat something.
I think it’s the lighting. Pike is in the shadows (compared to the other two), and that makes the color look inaccurate.
I agree with you on Kirk, though. He really makes it work for him.

I am biased, but I’d say Pike wins this. I think it is also a really unfortunate shot of Archer here. It looks terrible on him, but it may be the way he is kinda hunched forward.
