Rolling 5 nat 20s is a 20^-5 = 0.0000313% chance. Knowing my play sessions we all roll below 5 and the goblin king rolls the nat 20.

I’m not sure. The purpley pink one reminds me of the bi flag, and the pink one reminds me of the pink used in the lesbian flag, but those flags both contain other colours. If I had to guess, the artist was trying to keep it vague because it would be difficult to include flags of all relevant communities.

I think it may be a deliberate choice for the other dice to not map directly onto other flags, so as not to detract from the trans flag. Indeed, while LGBTQ+ people of all sorts are facing oppression in the current US regime, trans people are the demographic that’s most “on the front lines”, so I agree with the choice if so.

Is it odd that trans is separated from the lgbt rainbow?

There is no lgbt without trans people and the separation made, while good for trans visibility, is unsettling with the added context of the psyops to separate gender and sexuality unity

I don’t think so. It’s a way of making sure trans people are specifically included in the message. Considering how much trans people are in the crosshairs, I think that’s worth doing. Considering the message of the shirt is about expanding unity to different marginalized groups, I don’t think it’s part of some plot to split off trans people.

I think it’s odd given the the other “pride” dice. Especially peace, that seems out of place with the broader idea of minority pride representation.

It was GLBT before it was LGBT. Historically there wasn’t much use of LGB because the transphobic gay people often didn’t like bi people or gay people of the opposite gender. Putting L first was an act of gratitude to the work lesbians did during the height of AIDS, often being the only people willing to care for the dying.

I’m assuming the others are supposed to represent other marginalized groups.

Brown for people of color, pink for women, though your guess is as good as mine on the purple.

The idea of intersectionality is that it is not feasible to try to uplift one marginalized group to the exclusion of others, so it’s basically saying “we have each other’s backs regardless of race/gender/sexuality/whatever purple is.”

Would not surprise me if this was an AI generated shirt though, or at least a ripoff of an original design someone else made, because I’ve seen this same sort of design everywhere.

If you weren’t so determined to feel offended, you’d see that there’s plenty of chill white dudes in this scene. You are welcome here, if you would only be open to actually being a part of building a community. You don’t need an invite to this party, you just need to be open to working with others with different lived experience to your own.

We’d love to have you, if you ever decide to open yourself up to growth.

The most white male take in the world. Not enough that everything is dominated by white males, someone has to specifically reach out and tell you you’re special otherwise it’s an attack or a slight. It’s not like it’s a shirt of people who are literally oppressed minorities.

As a straight white male myself, you should be ashamed.

I tell you what I told the last guy. This shirt wasn’t about him, but like every other insecure white male, he had to make it about him. It’s pathetic. And it’s the exact insecurity that those rich billionaires use to get idiots to vote for their interests by scapegoating the very people represented on that shirt. And it is OVERWHELMINGLY white males that are those idiots.

I wasn’t born rich either, but the last people I’m going to blame it on are the people with less security in this world than me.

There was no push here, and that it’s perceived is the real enemy’s propaganda doing its job. But yeah, keep thinking that punching down is the solution to the problem. I’m sure the guys who would rather starve people than help them afford healthcare are going to solve all this guy’s grievances as long as he helps them pick on minorities. I mean, just look at all the history of how well that’s worked.

“No push here,” and yet you accuse us of “punching down” when all we’ve done is point out that there are men too that are suffering - and whenever someone tries to draw attention to it, they get dismissed as insecure idiots.

Literally everyone who isn’t rich is suffering in that same way. The rigged economy is trying to kill all of us. But working class straight white men don’t also have that blamed on them and don’t have their lives threatened in the way these people do on a daily basis.

He chose a post about how these people are threatened, and complained because it wasn’t about him. Not only to complain about how this is the one place he didn’t see himself represented, but then to use that as an excuse for supporting people who are literally trying to kill the people on that shirt. If you don’t see why that isn’t disturbingly probablematic and childishly selfish I don’t know what to say to you.

I’m a straight white male saying this to you and him, grow the fuck up. I have the same grievances about the rigged economy. And to top that off, I have a chronic life threatening illness. The people in power are trying way harder to kill me than the average straight white male. You don’t see me bitching and moaning that I’m not on that shirt, because I see myself on that shirt. Those people are me, we are all humans struggling. I know who the real enemy is. I would NEVER blame my problems on these people, or complain that their struggle is getting recognition. Because that struggle is IN ADDITION to all the same economic bullshit I have to struggle with day in and day out.

Instead of saying, “yeah, shit sucks out there and I’m with you,” he chose to say “this is why people like me support the people trying to kill you.” That is so fucked up beyond belief. THAT’S why he’s being dismissed.
