    Glad to see this sort of information out there.

    Nitpick: I don’t like their usage of the term NIMBY to describe opposition to these sorts of projects. A giant-ass McMansion homeowner objecting to ADUs or apartments nearby is not at all the same as a community objecting to fucking gas turbines being installed and polluting their atmosphere all while electricity and water usage goes through the roof.

    Been screaming that these DCs are a failure of local governments. Voters need to hit city council meetings and scream. If any DCs come near my region, they local politicians will have my name and face tattooed on their ass.
