      Gotta post, comment, and engage more. Also try swapping your sorting by hot, top 6hr, top 12hr, new, etc. if you’re just trying to doom scroll.

      Find a community you like and engage with it. Lemmy is still very new and I’m guessing most people don’t remember early Reddit. It took a few of us posting a lot to get more people into it and make it grow. Or as my counterparts on Risa would say:

      After I blocked all the subs that don’t speak English and then a lot of the porn I really only see like maybe 8 subs posting over and over again.

    If anyone is looking for an exercise that isn’t repetitive or is easy to grow into I would suggest boxing. It gets your entire body moving and requires you to use your mind. It’s easy to go at your own pace until you build up strength and endurance and I find it far less boring than just lifting weights and less stress on my body than running.

      Agree, boxing is the best in terms of entertainment + physical conditioning for beginners

    Lemmy is a Sloppy Joe. Sure it’s messy, but it’s delicious and satisfying.
