That is what scares me the most about AI- they’re giving it not just voices, but voices that sound like humans including emotional inflections. That is at least the demo I heard ChatGPT give some months ago of their voice.
We did not evolve to read text. We evolved to listen to members of our tribe and believe them.
People will believe what an AI voice tells them because they are fighting evolution that goes back to the early warning cries of our distant mammalian ancestors.
