Outsourcing the art making process and giving feedback based on what you’re presented with has always been an option, AI ‘artists’ just don’t want to pay for it or admit that’s what they’re doing.
I’m sure there are plenty of people who can both draw and type in prompts, just like there are plenty of people who can both draw and use Photoshop.
