Instead of having pesky humans spend time in studios crafting you can have a machine just generate it for a fraction of the price much quicker. More music = more money. More content = more money
Now to a layperson the above sounds insane. It’s the massive disconnect that’s fueling the AI Hysteria.
I don’t think so. I talked with my mum recently about random stuff and it came up that she said “nothing goes above live music. Sitting in a café, someone playing on their instrument…”
So, I don’t believe that any of our mums here generate their own infinite personalised music.
