Us trans people truly have the ability to melt the minds of middle-aged white people.

That’s my second most favourite trait of trans people.

My most favourite is that they are people living their truth.

He’s a malignant narcissist. It takes a long time to escape that kind of programing. Being in a relationship like that is basically like being in a cult.

spot on. doesn’t help that he’s a household name with lots of fanboys. actual notoriety of a malignant narcissist partner can easily amplify the self doubt that gets spurred on by gaslighting and other manipulative methods. not to mention she has children with him so she can’t just cut him off completely. can’t say i feel for her, but i sure would want to be in her place.

Why single out pronouns. Let’s all pile some hate on adverbs and prepositions while we’re at it. Ffs as if people wanting to be addressed using different language is something worth thinking about when there’s literally a climate catastrophe that will kill billions on the way.

But no, it’s the Pride people who are wrong. Smdh.

Why, indeed. Almost like it’s a deliberate attempt to distract us from real problems…or, in the particular case of Elon, an attempt to make something that isn’t about him be about him because he’s the specialist little boy.

he does not refer to anyone as he is too self-obsessed for that

edit: narcissism is a mental illness, i’m sorry if i offended anyone. when i made the comment i thought i could use it as a way of saying he’s self-obsessed, and knowing very little about mental illnesses i didnt even know NPD was a thing. if the term self-obsessed is also bad, please give me ideas for what i should change the word into

Elon Musk enjoys Elon Musk’s name so much that Elon Musk has no pronouns. You may only refer to Elon Musk as Elon Musk.

Narcissism has been used to refer to very toxic personality traits since forever, and you can use the word to describe an asshole who is a narcissist. A patient with NPD is someone who accepts that those traits are negative and is trying to outgrow them, which is definitely not all narcissistic people.

I think they are using the generic “you”, which is an English grammar phenomenon I think is overused and should often be replaced with “one”, the unambiguously generic pronoun.
