      This.

They can even have him return as the same Bond that defected when he learned that the “good” guys are the bad guys. Then they can do the classic dropping of the curtain and new Bond questions everything he knows because everything old Bond is saying holds water.

I’m not sure brosnan is canon anymore. But Brosnan as a bone villain would be incredible to see.

          bone villain

We have an action scene, then boom, cut to hard core penetration. Then another action scene, back to full penetration, and it just keeps flipping back and forth until the movie just kinda, ends.

Bond is a title, not a person. They can do whatever they want.

That’s a fan theory that was disproven multiple times (even though it would make the series more interesting)

It is a trope and Bond films have never been about originality and groundbreaking writing.

Clearly this is the correct suggestion. Could even tie it in with the story.
“Former 007 agent unhappy with the way the world goes, changes sides and becomes supervillain. He knows everything 007 knows, because he’s been one!”

      Practically writes itself.

"No. Tomorrow never dies, the world is not enough, and I’d rather die another day with a golden eye on my own terms. This one is for me.”

Golden eye was good, but the last one…wtf was going on with the ice and all the colors and so on. Kinda reminds me of Batman and Robin with Mr, freeze.

Goldeneye was the last classic bond movie, with the classic gadgets and classic Soviet villains and storyline. I could picture Connery in Goldeneye and it would work. It was so great.

After that they went all modern and weird

I’m not sure about lesbian but isn’t that what the last Bond film did? They gave the 007 role to a black woman.

      I assume someone pooped themselves.

They gave the 007 role to a black woman.

Eh, not really, they only faked it barely enough to get some headlines.

I saw it more as testing the waters.

Although in truth Ana de Armas got the biggest shout-out.

When I heard that they “gave” the 007 title to a woman, I assumed it was gonna be Ana de Armas.

Man I was disappointed. I liked the other girl, but I’m a huge Knives Out fan

I feel like they were dipping their toes in this with Nomi in No Time To Die, then all the feedback instead was Ana De Armas needs her own Bond spin-off.

Man you take GoldenEye out of his repertoire and he might be the worst Bond. Do people not remember this most of his movies were bad. Hell I like the world is not enough more than most people did and most people hated it.

More as a villain. He looks like he would shoot people behind the camera.
Ok that joke was maybe too dark and too soon.
