Fucking liar. Guiliani was a prosecutor and knows how assets are supposed to be delivered, be just doesn’t want to. I’m going to be so fucking happy the day these ugly corrupt power-mad conspiracy-pushing old white men are dead.
He also knows that ignorance of the law is not a legitimate defense, even if it’s fake ignorance.

The president can only pardon federal crimes. This is a NY state case AFAIK.
I did think about that at first, but then I thought “I don’t think Trump realizes that, and I don’t think that would stop him.”
He has enough sycophants behind him at all levels of government to make problems go away, and he definitely wants to wield the power of the president in ways that are unprecedented (un-presidented?).
