Media and search engines nowadays need a flag system and a filter for AI junk results
Aside from I glued my balls to my butthole, I agree most of this stuff is trash.
However, recommendations aren’t free, and aren’t just “happening” to you. You have to curate them. If you click videos, they influence your recommendations. It takes some effort to have a feed you enjoy.
Edit, phrasing. I have no love for the other fuckery YouTube pulls with ads and such, but I think having to put a little effort in to an infinite content generator for all things movie, documentary, news, tutorial, and music is a fair trade. They can’t be right every time, and new popular things will sometimes show up
